When was the last time you took some time to rest? It could be something big like a vacation or something simple like a Saturday curled up on the couch with a book. We need downtime. Our bodies and minds crave it. We especially need it in during this mess of a year. It might feel like vacation is unrealistic right now however, we need to get away for a bit.
